- What would you say are the key assets of L’Occitane en Provence?
Their products! They believe strongly in each and every single product and aren’t afraid to show off the very best Provence has to offer, for a glowing beauty that’s unique. They believe in the commitment of preserving the breathtaking natural environment that never ceases to amaze and all of their products are uniquely created in France! As an Account Manager, it’s important to want the success of the brand as much as my clients and I completely adhere to L’Occitane’s values: excellence and eco-consciousness; as a woman, I am totally under the spell of their products.
- Which challenges was L’Occitane facing when we started our partnership?
L’Occitane Singapore as well as L’Occitane Malaysia were trying to build their online presence and grow the conversion rate of their e-commerce store. They chose to proceed with us as they strongly believed in the synergy of our tech and in our digital expertise.
- How did we help them solve these challenges?
We took over their Facebook Ads campaigns for a year now and we’ve been diligently optimizing their ads for the best Return On Ad Spend by constant AB/testing and applying a systematic Funnel Approach to tackle every single touchpoint throughout the customer journey.
- What is your best achievement with them?
Definitely ramping up performance and budget with a consistent ROAS growth on their social paid ads month on month. Our ability to deliver results and to perform as per their standards is essential to be considered a Trusted Partner.
- Any best memory?
When we achieved great performance during last Christmas sales!
The Cost per purchase decreased by 87% compared to the previous year, and we multiplied the revenue by x6 ! The whole team felt very proud, obviously! It was our Christmas present in a way.
- What do you hope for this partnership?
To continue to prosper and to grow the brand as a whole. We have built a robust trusted relationship with L’Occitane, so we are also exploring new ways to collaborate together.
For instance we recently created a tutorial of how to shop online, to address their customers who are used to in store shopping. This was a first in our partnership with L’Occitane.

When I joined Elixus Agency, I already had 4 years+ experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce, in both startups and larger brands. Now at Elixus, I have sharpened my digital knowledge even further, working with challenging brands like L’Occitane who are in very dynamic environments and handling clients in several markets in the region, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, to name a few.
