Operating since 2011, Trueshopping selects a wide variety of quality products at great prices and delivers nationwide. But the competition is fierce among e-commerce platforms; TrueShopping challenge is to establish the brand as an e-commerce reference in the Thai market, among giants like Shopee or Lazada. and increase their online sales and market share.

Our Strategy.

Heavy A/B testing on ad formats
The client used to use only carousel, static and video ads. What we did, we’ve changed the way the account they used to run with the collection ads, dynamic ads, and dynamic carousel to make the ads look more engaging and more user-friendly. Not only did we A/B-test ad formats, but we also A/B-tested ad texts to see which kind of angle works the best for each particular campaign other than the “80%-off” sign.

Full-funnel approach
We set up campaign structures based on sales funnel across all Media Buying Channels to increase the ROAS and constant traffic to the client’s website.

Based on overall performance lift we A/B tested creative formats and ad copy variations in every strategy. We quickly identified the best performing type of ad in each campaign and every strategy segmentation keeps their cost per acquisiton lower than the static ads.
